How Long Does Plan B Stay In Your System For?

Boulder Trip by The Chapada Diamantina

After a few days, back in Madrid, Roger and I can analyze it lived for two weeks in our journey "Brasilian Boulder Trip" by the Chapada Diamantina, one of the most impressive National Parks Brazil, where villages, rivers, "forests" and waterfalls are scattered across it, plowing plains, mountains and canyons, where there are some of the most incredible horizons never imagined. Let's see if I can do worthy chronicle of an incredible journey.

[Since I have no camera, I had to steal some of Roi we took during the trip, I have contrived other of the rock with which we and some other that I've stolen from Internet to see if I can show something of which I am talking about, while waiting to send me some better quality ...] Sources: Murilo Vargas, Primo Carlim Cachaça, Leonardo Boscolo, Claudia Heringer, Roger Mygga, Marcelo Alves Ferreira, Lili Espindola, Daniel Mendes, Rafael Pimenta, and some more that I can not find now.

The Boulder-trip began with a pretty intense day trip from Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais) to Igatu (Bay) about 1500 km and 18 hours of which the last 3 were endless, trying to locate on the map, looking for a road and asking people Igatu, which seemed to be ...

Igatu is a small village that is embedded, literally, among a myriad of rocks, near a river which was formerly mined diamonds. Must not have more than 1000 people and I think I'm figuring high above. It has several bars and restaurants, of which Roger and I gave a good account, and we were close to finishing the beer they had in a couple of them, hahahahahaha!! and what they have to travel to a place like this in full Summer HEAT OF HOSTS, constant humidity and millions of mosquitoes 24 HOURS!! jajajajajajajajajaj ..... Now I laugh, but it was quite hard having to climb in these conditions, but nonetheless, the environment and the hyper-motivated group with which we made the motivation was stronger than the agony. jajajaja !!!!! and despite everything, we always left the BAR IGATU.

Returning to chronic next morning we woke up and I started to get nervous seeing blocones surrounding the town and houses with roofs of stone or blocks that outside their own walls.

Fanfa, who had already Igatú few weeks, came to pick us up and take us to the house we had rented. Needless to say more, mega-house, the style of the Gite de france Fontan, but better, jajajajajajaja, and you say, "better how? because there are photos of the house, bug, when I grow up I want a house like this!! jajajajajajajajajaj!!

I remember they had about 5 blocks inside the house, ranging from 6a to 7b, unbelievable.

Well, after the presentation of the house, we went to the nearest sector is almost inside the town because the houses, there were not 20 meters from the first block. There were a handful of very good lines and open for the rock ranging from V0 to V nosequé ... not yet clear to me, hahaha, but I think the hardest thing was to be 7c.
A curious thing was to discover what type of rock was that we were climbing, some said that granite, other cuarticito, and later discover that he had also conglomerate, so, in a first mega-fine grain layer, a second layer of cuarticito super-cute and a third, much to my regret, conglomerate.

After the first day block, with more motivation than anything else and more heat than a chicken in the oven Roger and I were headed for the two sites that would become the next day in our small shrines, the BAR IGATU for a change, and the RIO COCACOLA, as we just baptized.

Believe it or not water was clean, and although not directly the one in the bottle, you could almost pull drinking, jajajajajajajajajaj !!!!!

Evening came, and as is repeated on subsequent days, the "hat" was looking for a place to dispose of the crash and sleep until the next day. Videos, music, beers, comments of climbing and laughter would be the bread for dinner every day, but perhaps that would be torture also repeated day after day, and you have to have locked in the same house 17 people, each one more nerd, so the break was delayed until late at night and waking up ahead fueled by the occasional craving with an excess of motivation, jajajajajajajajaja !!!!! I ended up going to sleep in the garden with my Decartón shop, which made me a fucking workaround,-D

In the following days, the areas closest the river became a favorite place for the practice of bouldering, dispersion and relaxation of the members of the trip. Perhaps, according to Roger, this was where blocks were the best around, something which I do not entirely agree, but the fact of being so near the river had they won many points and it must be said, actually had some lines amazing, good possibilities of further opening up and many projects for chaining.

After several days climbing in Igatú, we visited the nearest town, Mucuge.

Another site that seems out of mind more corrupt by the escalation, surrounded by rock to quench the light, even the cemetery of the town has incredible potential. As I said at the time, I like to be buried here, if one day I wake up being a zombie and as I'll be dead not need crashpad, jajajajajajajajajajajaja !!!!!

After shopping in town and do a little turisteo Mucugê the cemetery, we went to open a new sector to road outside of town Igatú. Lines incredible red rock crashes that reminded me of my missed Albarran and an overdose of motivation inspired by the centers of the cars, pointing their lights into the stones so crazy.

While we were climbing in Mucugê, Roger was going to Bloc by a crag Igatú Sao Paulo were fucking. BLOCAR After a bit, Bar Igatu, not as usual, jejejejejeje!!

In the following days, more of the same, Rio Coca-Cola, boulder under a lot of embarrassment and Bar Igatú. One day we made an expedition looking for block making lines below, direction "Pernambuco" because it was a kick from hell, with stifling heat, much mosquito and finish the job, which was based conglomerate may hit after hit, making it impossible to prove the same block your predecessor, jajajajajajajaja !!!!! When we arrived all the way down we found a puddle of Coke unbeatable seafront hot bañito rest and after walking back and looking to open up everything we've been seeing during the descent. Roger managed to string a couple of good blocks in the Conglomerate rotten thing that surprised me, because I expected that after the passage of Poland for the endless dizzying stones, there was not a single pebble to hold, jajajajajajajajaja, but no, I shit with my Polish tó rough around the block chaining ! OLE!! jajajajajajajajajajajja !!!!! Later, fleeing death conglomerate, we went running to open a net cuarticito rich blocks we saw when we went, hidden behind a clump of trees and shrubs. After a look we saw several lines that could go pretty good and then make sure, not at all very well, no snakes or poisonous spiders had started the cleaning. The mosquitoes attacked us fiercely, but thanks to a trick taught us we were getting the damn chase insects at least for a while. The trick is not more complicated than the simple act of making a little fire and burning green leaves to create a smoke that repels mosquitoes, or easier, burn a carton of eggs, which is quicker.
After generating enough smoke to send us a firefighting plane began to climb. We cleaned up the branches and bushes, but on top of the block were still branches of the trees that surrounded us. When Roger first block chained literally crawled killed by the tree. That this story would have no importance if it were not for the next day Roger came to me very concerned because he had left something on the side. When he got up the shirt I was cold, it had a giant bruise coal black holes with two very clear, as the bite of a serpent or a giant spider, which here and there are plenty. after being questioned, he said he had not felt anything and did not know what could have been. We asked local and no one could guess what the bug was, but all pointing towards the snake than anything else, and after making sure that the Pole was still alive, bug Poland will never die, we decided to take the antidote thoroughly mixed with fermented yeast killer Cachaça, jajajajajajajajajajaja !!!!! Do not worry, the antidote worked perfectly, jajajajajajajajajaj, and was not note anything !!!!!! jajajajajaja

The descent into the depths of the gorge Igatú was rewarded with several prizes: the dip in a pool gorgeous, incredible views of the throat, horizons filled with blocks and more blocks, .. .

In the last few days we celebrate the birthday of Peter, and whiskey steak for dinner and dessert with a potato infamous Hell blocks on the night shift from 4 am to Marabe, who insisted on accompanying me to test a blocazo 7c + in the area of the river, and climb some blocks Jorginho the Rasta.

Much, much lower potato coffee, lots of smoke to scare away the millions of mosquitoes trying to get us to the last drop of blood and much, much sweat ... What's hot on this site bug! Magnesium-smeared hands and rub them three times to remove excess there was nothing white on my hands .... I became desperate. The blocazo not look at it, if I play the songs, why not grab anyone else until next year, so to repeat next few blocks that I had made, and leave open a project that was block and I got to do thanks to the flexibility of my legs, knee and murderer embed catch a strip that was "a Tebujena the outskirts, which I can not say in Pernambuco, now that many around, ha ha ha !!!!! I put Footprint 7a.

... and we went to Lençois! Igatú you soon, back when it gets colder and is more fit ... I'll show you what is cooking behind my tonnage!! jajajajajajajaja!!

In Lençois find a city full of people from all parts of Brazil, gathered there with the intention of practicing any form of adventure sports, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, canyoning, etc ... Much environment and eager to party .... jajajajaja Here the rock was called Babylon, because every night Lençois at this time of year are holidays, joke, and we look forward to partying.
The city has several areas of the block, almost all located on the banks of the river where you could take a dip in the Arabian waterfalls and pools that form along its course. Roger and I went one night to climb after a barbecue at the home of one of the premises. There Fanfa us that we were enlisted to make a very handsome block in the area of the river, and the pope all we listened, so we went with Marrabo, Jorginho, Hair and Danicinho, along with a coterie of Brasilia and colleagues of Sao Paulo we had met in Igatu, to test the Lençois rock. Mala was the surprise to discover that he turned to try to cluster, that if I told ya, I repeat, HATE THE CONGLOMERATE, but at least it did not break the horns every time I looked as was the case with that of Igatú. The truth is that the blocks were very good. This rock was a collapsed blocazo incredible, very hard movements with the added difficulty of heat and moisture. Left open a 7b + 7c valuable input and tighter than I would have loved to try if it were not for the mosquitoes, heat, wearing potato and dip it gave the staff when they gave 6 in the morning. Roger had been given a bath for Hustler, he fell asleep in the sand of the beach and Hair Danicinho above crashpad succumbed and I which I had done all the easy blocks also began to stay around and decided to make a dog-eared withdrawal time before the sun came out blazing in the morning.

From here for Roger and me is over the scale, with the motivation on the floor, and weaker than ná dead heat, we decided to do more turisteo, knowing all the Lençois bars and enjoy the last days we were together in Brazil. We made a trip to the galley to the most famous waterfalls around and visit the place that has the best views of the park, which lost an incredible landscape with imagination and travel the farthest corners of serenity, hahaha!

After a good breakfast in Lençois, we went for a swim at cachoeiras, quite recently, because we wanted to go see the sunset in the postal typical of the Chapada Diamantina National Park, the Morro do Pai Inácio ... IRAD! as they say here!!

Arrival Morro do Pai Inácio.

ADVANTAGE to record a micro-spot Adrena Peter to his climbing equipment store, and the truth, I think it can be quite beautiful!

Aerial view of the "Grand Canyon Braisleiro."

As farewell trip, as Roger and I went back earlier to BH, we went to the opening of a music festival called Sonorama or something, which is held every year in Lençois and as we were told, all the artists involved happening in that moment in the area, with some special guests and incredible facilities, located in a sort of socarral amid the bush, crossed by giant cracks in the ground which hosts the Rave or abroad, called the sector Moon, because the white color of the earth, where two tents housed the other two areas dedicated to concerts and workshops in yoga, etc ...

and complete the journey by bus 27 hours ......... , cross 2 states, more than 1500km and just can not wait to return to this site so magical.
Thanks to all who have made this trip so good and a hug to all who have come to know over these days, in Igatú, Mucugê and Lençois, undoubtedly meet again for those dollars.
